- If you are in the San Francisco Bay Area, yes. Please talk to our sales department for information and pricing. We can also work with you on this if you are outside the San Francisco Bay Area.

Does Volo Labs offer onsite service?
- If you are in the San Francisco Bay Area, yes. Please talk to our sales department for information and pricing. We can also work with you on this if you are outside the San Francisco Bay Area. This would not be covered by Volo Care.
Does Volo Labs offer per incident support?
- Yes, we do. We charge $250 per hour for per incident support calls, with a 1 hour minimum charge.
Can I purchase Volo Care contracts on products other than NetApp?
- Yes! We can provide support contracts for most NAS, SAN, networking, and general server/workstation products. Please talk to our sales department for information and pricing.
